Desired delivery:

  • Customers can change the drop-off location and delivery date as desired. These options are offered in the DHL and GLS tracking process.

Freight forwarding delivery

Standard delivery:

  • For large and bulky items, delivery is carried out by a freight forwarder to the desired installation location.
  • Delivery time is 2-3 working days (Monday-Saturday).

Delivery on your desired date:

  • For items available for immediate delivery, customers can choose their own delivery date . A calendar function in the ordering process allows them to select their preferred date.

Delivery to the curb:

  • Some items are only available for curbside delivery. The supplier will inform you in advance of the delivery date.
