Returns are the return of items that can be used or unused. Remaining stock refers to the remaining stock of items that retailers have removed from their product range. B-stock is a generic term that includes items that have been returned, discarded, or used as display items. We source our goods from major mail-order companies, inspect and repair them if necessary, and offer them for resale depending on their condition.
All items are discounted compared to the manufacturer's suggested retail price. Because we purchase returned or discarded products in bulk, we can offer them to you at significantly lower prices. Most items are still in perfect condition and far too good to be thrown away.

To return an item, please proceed as follows:
Upon receipt, we will inspect the goods and refund the purchase price or offer a replacement.
